About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 400g canned beans or boiled beans

  • 4 tomatoes

  • 0.5 onions

  • 1 tablespoon chilli powder

  • 0.5 teaspoon ginger and garlic

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 3 medium potatoes

  • curry leaves

  • coriander

Preparation

  1. Fry onions in oil.

  2. Add tomatoes, chilli powder, salt, ginger and garlic. Allow to cook.

  3. Add potatoes and water. Half cook.

  4. Add beans and adjust water, salt and heat accordingly.
