Ingredients
1 canned (tinned) fish
Oil
1 onion
3 tomatoes
4 potatoes
5 chillies
1 tablespoon chilli powder
1 tablespoon salt
curry leaves
coriander
4 eggs
1 teaspoon garlic
Preparation
Boil eggs separately and clean tinned fish.
Pour oil in pot.
Add onions and chilies, sauté.
Add tomatoes, salt, garlic and chilli powder. Allow to fry.
Add potatoes, water and water from the tinned fish. Let the potatoes to half cook.
Add tinned fish, curry leaves and boiled eggs. Let it cook.
Add water little at a time as needed. Add more salt according to taste.
Reduce heat when the end of cooking is near.
Garnish with coriander just before switching off.
