Ingredients
1 kilogram chicken (cubed)
5 medium tomatoes (grated)
6 tablespoons tikka masala
1.5 cups milk
5 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons ghee or oil
1.5 cup water
1 tinned fresh cream
1 onion
5 chillies
1 tablespoon salt
Preparation
Fry onions and chillies in ghee or oil.
Add tomatoes, tikka masala, milk, butter, water, salt and chicken. Allow to cook.
Add fresh cream when chicken is almost cooked.
