Ingredients
3 cups plain flour
1 cup self-rising flour
0.5 tablespoon oregano
0.5 tablespoon thyme
1 tablespoon brown ginger
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon mustard powder
1 tablespoon celery salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
0.5 tablespoon sea salt
2 tablespoons white pepper
4 tablespoons paprika
1 kilogram chicken
Preparation
Add the plain flour and self-rising flour to the herbs and spices.
Season the chicken in a mix when at room temperature.
Egg wash your chicken using egg white, milk, salt and pepper. Then re-season in the mix.
Fry the chicken for five to six minutes.
Then place it in a pre-heated oven.
Thereafter, give it a final 90-second fry prior to serving.
Add more salt and pepper to mixture, to taste.
