About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 5 cups self-raising flour

  • 125 grams soft Rama

  • 1 cup sugar

  • warm milk (add milk as required for a soft dough)

  • 0.25 teaspoon vanilla essence

Preparation

  1. Cream Rama and sugar

  2. Add flour, mix together

  3. Add warm milk together with essence to make a soft dough

  4. Flatten dough with palm

  5. Cut into required size with scone cutter
