Ingredients
12 pieces of fish
Ambra's chilli powder
fish spice
salt
mint
coriander
thyme
3 cups rice
boiled biryani dhal
1 dozen boiled eggs
potatoes
to braise chutney:
2 onions
10 tomatoes
4 green chillies
for garnish:
4 onions
Preparation
Marinate fish with Ambra's chilli powder, fish spice and salt
Mix steamed rice and boiled biryani dhal
Fry fish and potatoes
Make chutney
Layer biryani - rice at bottom, add fish, add chutney, add rice, add boiled eggs, add chutney, add rice, add remaining fish, potatoes and eggs, add rice, add chutney to cover the fish, potatoes and eggs
Fry onions and cover on top of rice
Garnish with thyme, coriander and mint
Put in oven for 10 minutes
