About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts

  • 0.5 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 4 cups onion (chopped)

  • 0.25 cups chopped parsley

  • 0.25 cups chopped fresh cilantro

  • 1 tablespoon crushed garlic

  • 2 teaspoons paprika

  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 0.25 teaspoon turmeric

  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Preparation

  1. Combine oil, onions, parsley, cilantro, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, turmeric and cayenne pepper in a food processor, until smooth.

  2. Rub the mixture on both sides of chicken breasts.

  3. Leave it aside for 30 minutes.

  4. Preheat grill to medium heat and grill chicken breasts 5-7 minutes on each side, or until done.
