Ingredients
1 kilogram chicken
oil
3 onions
5 tomatoes
4 potatoes
2 tablespoon jeera powder
2 tablespoon chilli powder
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon ginger and garlic
curry leaves
coriander
Preparation
Fry onions in oil.
Add tomatoes, curry leaves, chilli powder, jeera powder, salt, ginger and garlic. Allow to braise.
Add chicken, potatoes and a little water. Allow to cook for a few minutes.
Add more water and cook until chicken and potatoes are done.
Regulate salt and heat accordingly.
Add coriander and simmer for 5 minutes.
