Ingredients
1 kilogram chops
4 onions
6 tomatoes
2 tablespoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic
curry leaves
coriander
Preparation
Marinate chops with chilli powder, salt and garlic.
Add oil in the pot and place chops in. Allow to fry for about 10 min.
Add some water and allow to half cook.
Add tomatoes and onions. Tomatoes burn quickly on high heat so regulate accordingly.
Check salt and add according to taste.
