Ingredients
Oil
1 kilogram mince
2 onions
3 tomatoes
5 potatoes
beans
curry leaves
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon ginger and garlic
Preparation
Pour oil into pot and allow to heat.
Add onions and leave to fry.
Pour in liquidised tomatoes, allow to heat.
Add salt, chilli powder, garam masala, ginger and garlic. Add little water and let it braise.
Add mince, beans and a little water, leave to cook until loose. Break and separate mince if it is lumpy.
Add more water and leave to cook for 30min.
Add potatoes, curry leaves and more water, just enough to cover the potatoes.
Cover and leave to cook. When potatoes are half way cooked reduce heat and allow to slow cook.
Check salt and don’t let the curry get dry.
