Ingredients
1 kilogram chicken
oil
3 onions
5 tomatoes
2 tablespoon marandhu sellu
2 tablespoon chilli powder
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon ginger and garlic
curry leaves
coriander
Preparation
Fry onions in oil.
Add tomatoes, marandhu sellu, chilli powder, salt, curry leaves, ginger and garlic. Allow to braise.
Add chicken and a little water. Allow to cook for a few minutes.
Add more water and cook until chicken is done.
Regulate salt and heat accordingly.
Add coriander and simmer for 5 minutes.
