Ingredients
12 chicken and/or lamb meatballs
0.5 onions
3 tomatoes
3 chillies
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon chilli powder
oil
curry leaves
coriander
1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Cook meatballs in air fryer.
Fry onions and chilies in oil.
Add tomatoes, chilli powder, salt, garlic. Allow to half cook.
Add meatballs and cook.
Always adjust heat accordingly. Remember chutney burns quickly, regulate the heat.
Add curry leaves and coriander when almost done.
Leave to simmer for a few minutes.
