Ingredients
oil
1 onion
5 tomatoes
3 chillies
0.5 tablespoon chilli powder
2 teaspoons Aromat
Fry’s battered prawn-style pieces
curry leaves
Preparation
Pour a little oil, just enough to cover the base of the pot.
Add onions and chillies, let it fry a little.
Add tomatoes, chilli powder, Aromat, curry leaves, ginger and garlic. Cover and leave to cook for 15 min.
Add prawns and lower heat. After 10 mins taste for salt.
Leave to cook for another 15 min. Lower heat accordingly.
Remember tomatoes burn quickly on high heat.
