Ingredients
Oil
3 onions
4 tomatoes
2 tablespoons chilli powder
1 teaspoon garamasala
1 tablespoon ginger and garlic
1 tablespoon salt
curry leaves
5 potatoes
1 kilogram chicken
Preparation
Heat oil in pot and fry onions.
Add tomatoes, chilli powder, garam masala, salt, ginger and garlic.
Add a little water and leave to braise for approximately 10 mins.
Add chicken, potatoes and curry leaves.
Add water just enough to cover potatoes.
Leave to cook until potatoes are soft and chicken is cooked.
Make sure the gravy is not too weak and the curry is not too dry.
